Located in the great state of Alaska, we are proud to offer 100% Alaska Native created trims inspired by the rich heritage and culture of Alaska's Indigenous people. Whether you’re creating traditional regalia, modern designs with a cultural twist, or embarking on your next sewing project, we’re here to provide you with authentic trims designed by actual tribally enrolled Alaska Native artists committed to sharing our stories and traditional designs through creative expression.

Alaska Native Creative is 100% Alaska Native owned and operated. It was founded by Lisa-Marie Ikonomov who is Tlingit Indian and a tribal citizen of the Tlingit & Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska and the Douglas Indian Association. Lisa-Marie was born and raised in Juneau, Alaska. Her Tlingit name is G'aan Dux T'ooh (to come in from the outside) and she currently resides in Anchorage, Alaska.

"As a sewer who loves to create and design, I was frustrated that I could only find 'Pacific Northwest Coast' inspired trims and fabrics for my projects," said Lisa-Marie. "I decided if no one else was going to meet the need, I would have to do it myself. So, I launched Alaska Native Creative to bring REAL Indigenous Alaskan designs to the amazing community of artists and designers who are dedicated to crafting with culture."
